I’m just a girl who knows how awesome it is to live for Jesus- and I want others to know too!

Growing up as a pastor’s kid, I have always been involved in church. I’ve always loved God, but until I was about 14 years old, I was just going through the motions. I didn’t have a real and tangible relationship with God. I battled the fight of comparison, an eating disorder, and to be honest it was a struggle! It wasn’t until 2019, when my family and I moved from Michigan to Kansas. My dad became a youth pastor there, and I really got planted in Christian community. I didn’t want to just go through the motions anymore, or constantly be worried about what I look like. I was inspired to read the Bible every day, and since then, my life has never been the same. Reading the Bible every day has truly changed my life, and now I know how amazing it is to live all-in for Jesus. God has reminded me that I am uniquly gifted and chosen for a purpose! That who I am on the inside matters so much more than the outside!

Fast forward to July of 2022, we moved to St. George Utah to plant Hilltop Church! Immediately when we arrived, we met with a missonary team from Michigan called Everyheart. When I saw how on fire for Jesus they were, I was so inspired! They were joyful, and bold about sharing the Gospel- I wanted to be the same way! We evangelized and worshiped together; and I loved to see the people we ministered to respond and want to hear more! I knew in that moment, that I wanted to share the Gospel with others.

However, I didn’t know where to start. Here I was, a 15 year old girl, and I wasn’t exactly sure what my calling was. I have always loved to write, but I didn't know how to share the Gospel that way. In March of 2023, my friends invited me to attend a youth confrence in Michigan with them. It was at that conference, that I fully surrendered everything to Jesus, and He reminded me of Proverbs 3:5-6:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will show you which path to take.”

In June of 2024, after writing a 7 week report for school, my mom told me that I would be really good at writing a blog, and that I should pray about it. After many prayer-walks and seeking God’s will, I felt His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) about stepping out and starting this blog! So then, With Jesus Life was born! I want others to experience Christ’s love and freedom, and walk in the calling He has for them! So join me- let’s step into our Women of God era together, and live the With Jesus Life!
